Through an international office based in Dubai, what are some near-future plans in the pipeline?
The industry today is unlike 20 years ago with sustainability a widely recognised upcoming big revolution. In the UAE, president Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has announced that 2023 will be the ‘Year of Sustainability’ and KSA is now ushering a new era and guiding a regional action at the highest levels with programmes and projects to accelerate this transition and overarching targets for the Saudi Green Initiative announced by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Therefore, our top priority and near-future plans in the pipeline as an international player and a new entrant into the regional market are to strengthen the positioning of NaturaSeal in the local markets as a key manufacturer and supplier of environmentally sustainable waterproofing and smart building envelope solutions and take role in implementing the sustainable development goals and contributing to execution of the regional vision towards a more sustainable and green communities.
We wish to see our revolutionary and unique PMEA technology committed to ecological innovation accelerating industry-changing success and contribute to the regional sustainable and green initiatives.

What are some challenges you foresee in the future?
One is environmental consciousness as with launching ecological solutions and proprietary products that are 100 percent free of volatile organic compounds in new markets, NaturaSeal will be looking to market the importance of environmental consciousness, promote sustainability awareness and execution into the new regions and tap into new customer segments.
This will involve identifying new channel partners, developing localised marketing strategies, and navigating cultural differences. Research & Development is another, as we specialise in sustainable waterproofing solutions and NaturaSeal will be introducing new concept materials or product lines and systems that align with its mission, vison, values, as well as regional visons, and appeal to its new customer base.
This could involve extensive research and development efforts, as well as investments in manufacturing or production capabilities. Operational efficiency is another potential challenge as at NaturaSeal we diligently work on talent management strategies and optimising our internal and external processes to support operational efficiency across multiple regions we think ‘Simplicity is complexity resolved’.
Cultural differences are another as expanding into new markets can present a variety of challenges related to cultural differences, such as differences in business practices, consumer preferences, and regulatory frameworks.
NaturaSeal is likely to face competition from established and well-positioned players in these markets being a new entrant as well as resistance from conventional and traditional waterproofing solutions and concepts in place. NaturaSeal is committed to continue differentiating itself from its competitors and continuously innovate and pioneer the future today.
