If your clients crave something different, look no further than Vesna, at the Conrad Dubai, serving up a Slavic lunch menu inside of an hour.
The lunch meeting is an excellent way to talk business and fill up on good food at the same time.
It’s no surprise then that restaurants in and around Dubai’s busy financial hub offer three-course menus at rock-bottom prices, with impressive food, and service quick enough to get you in and out the door again within the hour.
For some, this is a daily ritual, and while many of DIFC’s top-notch restaurants change their lunch menus regularly, visiting the same out haunt can soon get old. Fortunately, there’s a new venue in town, offering an alternative take on the traditional business lunch.

Vesna is but a stone’s throw away from DIFC. Set in the Conrad Hotel (in a location previously occupied by Marco Pierre White Grill), it serves up ‘contemporary Slavic cuisine in modern ambience’. What that means is that it serves Russian-inspired food in an eclectic setting – think chandeliers and purple wallpaper.
It’s different enough to be interesting, and the food is no different. The business lunch menu provides three courses, along with the option for dessert and coffee at the end.
Expect staples such as Ukrainian borscht and chicken Kiev with a twist: the food is much lighter than you’d expect, and not as rich as traditional Slavic fair.
