When Issey Miyake launched L’Eau d’Issey in 1994, the perfumer started a trend towards light and airy masculine fragrances. Oriental ingredients met citrus notes and warm spices. But 22 years on, the fragrance has been completely reinvented. While the eastern spices remain (cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg), the freshness has been replaced with warm notes of amber and vanilla.
