Flying down under gets a lot easier with Virgin Australia's new business class

Virgin Australia introduces its all-new international business class cabin, on all flights travelling between Australia and Abu Dhabi

Virgin Australia’s new business class is the coolest new cabin in the sky. Available within three months on all flights travelling between Australia, Los Angeles and Abu Dhabi, the new configuration is part of the airline’s refit of its Boeing 777 fleet.

The design places a premium on convenience and space. Rather than the traditional side-by-side arrangement (responsible for those awkward clambering over sleeping neighbours for window seaters), the new cabin features 37 private suites in reverse-herringbone pattern.

Guests will also be able to select from a menu designed by Australian super chef Luke Mangan, before heading to the new bar and lounge area – which serves up small bites and cocktails.
