Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced the launch of Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, a bold new addition to Dubai’s iconic skyline with a cantilevered design by SCDA Architects.
The development comprises 754 branded residences across two towers, featuring one-to-four-bedroom layouts.

The towers are positioned to provide views of the Museum of the Future and Downtown Dubai, with each residence designed for privacy.
The development features a private entrance beneath the cantilever leading to a double-height lobby, garden courtyard and lounge.
Three sky terraces include infinity-edge pools, landscaped lounges and open-air entertainment spaces.
Interiors incorporate natural materials including marble and wood, designed to reflect timeless elegance and elevated design principles.
Residents will have access to a fitness centre with dedicated studios, an executive co-working lounge, a private cinema, a resort-style family pool, padel courts, a children’s play zone and social and dining venues.
The development will provide Jumeirah’s hospitality services, including bespoke wellness treatments, personal fitness coaching, 24-hour concierge services and vehicle management. Private chefs will be available for dining experiences, supported by event management teams.

The development occupies a central location surrounded by the Museum of the Future, DIFC, One Central and Jumeirah Emirates Towers. Direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road provides connectivity to City Walk, Downtown Dubai and J1 Beach.
The project represents a collaboration between Meraas and Jumeirah, building on the success of Jumeirah Residences Marsa Al Arab.
