Can seasoned leaders benefit from IMD’s OWP programme, as well as those aspiring to leadership?
Most definitely, IMD’s OWP’s programme allows leaders at all level to customise learning according to their needs and the needs of business. Starting the day with insight sessions, followed by daily learning from our multiple streams that are targeted to different business challenges and trends. The streams could either be an update on an area that participants are familiar with, or an opportunity to learn about the critical factors in an area that is new to them. Leaders will benefit even more if they are clear about the challenges their business is facing as well their business imperatives in the future. OWP allows leaders to design a learning experience that will achieve those challenges and help them develop an action plan to accelerate and move to next level.
What are some of the topics covered?
The sessions at OWP Dubai cover 35+ hot topics and trends including – but not limited to – innovation, AI & analytics, leadership, agile organisations, digital transformation, business models and values creations, corporate governance and more. As government has proven to be a successful enabler to businesses, OWP will also offer streams on digital transformation in the public sector and will study cases from around the world with a focus on success stories from the UAE and Saudi.
Two keynote speakers are from the region, while one is from Africa – what was the thinking behind the selection?

Topics such as digital transformation and leadership will resonate for many CEOs – how are these structured so that attendees go away having gained not only insights from listening, but actionable learning points?
