The story of ADDarah is not only about a new venue in the Eastern Province — it’s a reflection of how Hospitality Details is contributing to Vision 2030 by advancing hospitality infrastructure across the Kingdom.
As the hospitality arm of Mofarreh Marzouq Al-harbi & Partners Co., Hospitality Details is focused on long-term sector development. With ADDarah as its flagship project, the company is supporting Saudi Arabia’s goal to diversify its economy and expand the tourism sector, especially in regions outside the capital.
ADDarah sits at the crossroads of Dhahran, Al Khobar, and Dammam. It is a purpose-built facility with the capacity and infrastructure to host major conferences, national events, summer festivals, and high-impact gatherings. The venue includes a 4,000-square-metre hall that accommodates over 5,000 guests, six breakout rooms, and catering services for large-scale functions, both on- and off-site. These figures, shared by Khaled Albahussain, Business Unit Head of Hospitality, hint at the scale and ambition shaping ADDarah’s trajectory.
Hospitality Details operates with a dual strategy: developing its own high-end hospitality projects while also managing assets for other companies. This approach strengthens its market position and allows the company to scale in multiple directions.
Expansion is already underway. In the next three years, the company will establish a presence in Riyadh and Jeddah as part of its horizontal growth strategy. Simultaneously, it is driving vertical growth by overseeing new developments while enhancing existing luxury properties and elevating the overall hospitality experience.

One of the company’s key focus areas is the entertainment and events sector. Hospitality Details is actively hosting summer events, sports activations, and national celebrations — aligning its calendar with the wider tourism objectives of Vision 2030. These are not treated as occasional engagements; they are seen as part of a structured plan to elevate the Eastern Province as a prime destination.
In parallel, ADDarah is strengthening the MICE sector (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), treating it as essential to regional economic activity. With strong partnerships, professional execution, and a seasoned team both locally and globally, the company is building infrastructure that ensures consistent, high-quality delivery across all formats.
Hospitality Details is not working in isolation. It is establishing relationships across industries — turning venues into collaboration platforms and events into tools for regional growth.
This is how the company plans to lead: by setting standards, building capabilities, and delivering value that aligns directly with national priorities.
