OMNIYAT commemorated its 20th anniversary with a refined and thoughtfully curated celebration at The Lana, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, underscoring the company’s journey as one of the region’s most influential design-led real estate developers.
Conceived as a complete takeover of the hotel, the event unfolded across The Lana’s award-winning venues, including Riviera by Jean Imbert, Jara by MartÃn Berasategui and the rooftop High Society lounge overlooking Dubai’s Burj Khalifa District. The evening served as a reflection of OMNIYAT’s two decades of leadership in ultra-luxury development, defined by architectural excellence, craftsmanship and long-term value creation.
The celebration marked the culmination of OMNIYAT’s year-long 20th anniversary programme, which began in November 2025, and brought together senior business leaders, government stakeholders, partners and investors. Guests were welcomed into the ballroom before progressing through the property, with each space revealing a distinct experience shaped by artistic performances, live entertainment and carefully considered design elements.
Rather than a single moment, the event was structured as a strategic narrative journey. Each venue offered a different atmosphere and perspective, allowing guests to experience OMNIYAT’s philosophy through multiple lenses, from Mediterranean-inspired elegance to contemporary jazz and modern celebratory expressions.
Culinary experiences at Riviera and Jara featured refined tasting concepts and curated canapés, complemented by subtle yet impactful performances from international artists. The evening concluded at High Society, where guests gathered for a headline stage presentation, a live DJ set and a choreographed drone display over the Dubai skyline.
